Q: Is my drivers tip included in my order?
A: No. Gratuity is not included on any orders automatically. We suggest tipping during the ordering process via credit card, but you may also tip your driver cash on delivery. Please mind that our drivers are operating their own vehicles and have expenses (i.e. gas, insurance, auto maintenance, etc.) to ensure a timely delivery of your order. We reserve the right to implement an automatic gratuity on any account based on location, distance, or order history. Your shopping cart will list if the tip is included once you begin placing your order.
Q: How do I pay?
A:Deliver Toledo is a cashless system. Therefor we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Deliver Toledo gift cards. Credit cards are processed on our secure site at the time of your order. *Cash may be given to the driver as a tip at time of delivery.
Q: Can I place an order for a future time?
A: YES! We recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your desired delivery time. Advanced orders can be placed online up to 30 days and as soon as 2 hours before the desired delivery time. Just click Deliver Later under the Delivery Tab or at the top of the page from a web browser. This will allow you to choose a day and time for your delivery. Advanced orders must be paid for in advance using a credit card payment.
Q: How do I add a special request (i.e. no tomato, ring doorbell, red porch light, etc.)?
A:Online: When you choose an item a text box will appear below the item with a Special Requests prompt. Include all special requests here.
Mobile App: After you've placed an item in your cart, navigate to the cart screen and select the item to insert special requests.
Additions: Add ons or additions that cost extra are to be selected on the menu and not inserted into the special requests. Additions inserted in the special requests section may be discarded and/or not honored.
Q: Is my coupon to (restaurant name) valid to use with Deliver Toledo?
A: No, only Deliver Toledo coupons are valid with our deliver orders.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 419-567-1060 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.
Order Problems / Complaints:
1. You must call 419-567-1060 within 15 minutes of delivery.
2. Incorrect items must be returned to the driver before replacements are provided.
3. If problem item is found to be correct by restaurant, you will be charged for both items.
IMPORTANT: Deliver Toledo cannot and will not check the accuracy of your order due to health code reasons. We are only able to verify the correct number of items for your order. We are not able to exchange, replace, or substitute any incorrect items from a non-participating restaurant. By ordering from a non-participating restaurant you are assuming the risk of receiving incorrect items just as you would going to the establishment yourself.
Deliver Toledo is not responsible for errors made by the restaurant. Deliver Toledo is a marketing firm that partners with local restaurants to coordinate delivery. Deliver Toledo DOES NOT prepare, cook, or handle your food.
Q: What do you do with information you collect from me?
A: Your privacy is our primary concern and we will never share your information with any outside person or entity. We store only needed personal information for order completion and direct contact in our secure and private database. To find out more you can view our privacy policy.
Q: What if I don't see my favorite restaurant?
A: Let the owner or manager know that you would like to have their food delivered to you by Deliver Toledo.
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: Restaurant menus and prices are subject to change. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Call us immediately at 419-567-1060 if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to schedule a re-delivery or to receive credit. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank you for your business!
Q: Can I order a delivery order, but have it delivered to another person or another address?
A: Yes you can have a delivery ordered for another person for any occasion, such as a surprise or any other event. If you place your order online, make sure to put the correct delivery address you want the delivery made to in the address column, and the correct billing address when paying for the order. Or, if you call in the delivery order to a Deliver Toledo customer service representative, make sure to tell them the correct address you want the order delivered to, as well as special directions or comments for the driver to know, or for the desired recipient to know.
Q: What is the normal approximate delivery time?
A: While industry standard for a restaurant delivery order is 60 minutes or less, we aim to be the best in the area and always be less. Although we cannot guarantee a set standard as forces exist out of our control (i.e. traffic, bad weather, Deliver Toledo rush hours, restaurant rush hours, restaurant prep time, etc.) our drivers, customer service representatives, and managers are trained to complete their jobs effectively and efficiently and are always working as hard as possible to satisfy you!
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the service or meals?
A: Note: All sales are final.
We will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with our service and your meal.
We require all participating restaurants to package your meals according to your order. Your Deliver Toledo driver will NOT open the packaging to verify accuracy or preparation of your meal. All of our delivery drivers are fully screened and are fully insured.

Q: Why are there additional fees included in my order?
A: Any additional charges seen during the ordering process are service fees associated with ordering from a Non-Partnered restaurant. These fees go towards Delivery Driver compensation and card processing fees, and overall help operate Deliver Toledo. The reason for this is because we are providing a service to you by calling in, paying for, delivering your order to you, and acting as your pick up agent.
Q: My NEWBIE coupon did not work?
A: The NEWBIE coupon is only valid on food totals over $20, and it is only valid for first time customers only.
